Privacy

Kanril is a planning and accountability tool for real estate agents and team leaders. This page explains what it stores, why, and how to get rid of it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Your account. Your name, email address, and password. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.

Your plan. The goal you set, the working days and conversion rates you enter or that get measured, and the weekly commitments you write.

Your activity. Counts of contacts, conversations, appointments, agreements and closings by day, along with commission figures on closed deals. Kanril stores counts and dates, not the contents of your calls, texts, or emails, and not the identity of the people you contact.

Your Follow Up Boss connection. If you connect Follow Up Boss, we store which Follow Up Boss user you are and the credentials needed to read your activity. We read your activity in order to count it. We do not read, store, or export your contact records.

Who else touches it

Kanril runs on Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and authentication). Both process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. If you connect Follow Up Boss, data flows from them to us at your instruction.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train anything.

Who can see your numbers

Your plan and your activity are visible to you and to the leader of the team you belong to. Other agents on your team cannot see them. This is enforced by the database itself, not only by the application — every table carries row-level access rules tied to your account.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing austin@kanril.com. Deletion removes your login, your profile, your roles, and any connected Follow Up Boss credentials. Where your activity history forms part of a team’s historical record, we may retain those counts in a form no longer identified to you; tell us if you want those removed too and we will remove them.

Cookies

Kanril sets what it needs to keep you signed in. There is no advertising tracking and no third-party analytics beyond aggregate page counts that do not identify you.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so by email before it takes effect.
