Terms
These terms cover your use of Kanril. Using the product means you accept them. They are written plainly on purpose.
What Kanril is
Kanril is software. It takes a goal you set, runs it backward through conversion rates, and gives you a daily activity number and a view of your funnel.
Kanril is not a real estate brokerage, and nothing in it is real estate, legal, financial, or tax advice. It does not supervise your practice. You remain responsible for your own license obligations, your brokerage’s policies, advertising and disclosure rules, and every representation you make to a client. A number Kanril produces is a planning aid, not a professional recommendation.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person — do not share logins across agents, because the whole product depends on numbers being attributable.
Your data stays yours
You own the goals, plans, commitments and activity you put into Kanril, and anything we read from a CRM you connect. We store and process it to run the product for you. We do not sell it and do not claim ownership of it. See the privacy page for the detail.
Connected accounts
If you connect Follow Up Boss, you are confirming that you are entitled to grant that access. You can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for what a connected service does, for its availability, or for the accuracy of what it reports — Kanril counts what your CRM tells it.
Team leaders
If you lead a team, you can see the plans, activity and coaching records of agents on that team. If you add someone to a team, you are confirming you have the right to do so. Agents can see their own numbers and their leader’s coaching, and not each other’s.
Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on the site and we will give notice by email before changing them. You can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Fair use
Do not attempt to reach other people’s data, probe the service for weaknesses, resell access without agreement, or use Kanril to do anything unlawful. We can suspend an account that does.
Availability and liability
Kanril is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for business decisions you make from what it shows you. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending it
You can stop using Kanril and ask for deletion at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
